How to apply for your free SIM card or mobile phone:

You may terminate your service at any time by giving 30 days notice.
Payment by Direct Debit is mandatory. Delivery is free and only available in mainland UK.
You must be 18 years old or over and a permanent UK resident.

To complete your order online, you must have:
Your own valid Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Debit Card (Switch, Solo or Delta) or Cheque Account.
A valid bank account with a Direct Debit facility

All mobile phones are new and come complete with SIM card, battery charger, battery and instructions. Full instructions on how to activate your mobile phone or SIM card are supplied with your order. You need to allow around 5 working days from time of placing your order for delivery.
